The Jets want right guard Joe Tippmann on their offensive line for years to come.

Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reports that they have agreed on a four-year extension with Tippmann. They signed running back Breece Hall to a long-term deal earlier in the offseason.

Tippmann was a 2023 second-round pick and he started his time with the Jets as their right guard, but moved to center during his rookie season. He stayed there in 2024, but moved back to guard last year and has started every game for the last two seasons.

The Jets drafted tackles Olu Fashanu and Armand Membou in the first round of the 2024 and 2025 drafts, so they now have a core of starting offensive linemen in place for several years to come.
