Born in 2007, the youngster only had four caps to his name for his country at the senior level before being called into the starting line-up in the 2026 World Cup opener.
And boy, did he impress.
Across 90 minutes, he registered a 91% pass completion rate, four tackles won, six defensive contributions and then some.
