The third round of the Genesis Scottish Open was suspended at 5:45 a.m. ET due to fog in North Berwick, Scotland that caused delays and course visibility issues throughout the morning. Play resumed at 8:10 a.m. ET.
Rory McIlroy, Tom Kim and Jordan Smith are leading the way going into the third round at the Renaissance Club, with Matt Fitzpatrick and Min Woo Lee just one back from the lead. There another seven players sit two back from the top, including defending champ Chris Gotterup.

Fresh off his win at the John Deere Classic last weekend, Gotterup is on a mission to become the first player to win the Scottish two years in a row. The tight leaderboard and tough terrain hold the promise of an interesting weekend in North Berwick, Scotland.
Tournament organizers do not expect that the third round to be finished Saturday, with the final pairing of Tom Kim and Jordan Smith not expected to tee off until 1:15 p.m. ET (see: 6:15 p.m. local).
