Former Calgary Flames forward Andrei Kuzmenko picked up his first point (an assist) with his new team, the Philadelphia Flyers, during their 3-2 win over the Pittsburgh Penguins on Saturday.

Interestingly, Kuzmenko played his first game with the Flyers following a Jan. 30 trade. Due to visa issues and a delayed flight out of Canada, the 29-year-old missed the team’s previous five games.

Meanwhile, Jakob Pelletier, the other player the Flyers acquired from the Flames, has yet to play despite being in Philadelphia and attending games. Once again, visa issues are preventing the 23-year-old from joining the lineup.
