Diego Carlos will return to Serie A for Parma and his medical is scheduled for Monday, claim multiple sources, just weeks after his loan experience at Como from Fenerbahce.
The 33-year-old had enjoyed his loan spell in Serie A with Como last season, and the Lariani had been pushing to make it permanent throughout the summer.

However, with various limitations on their squad list in the Champions League, this proved too difficult to achieve.

Instead, Parma were able to make it work and provided a winning proposal to both the player and Fenerbahce.
Multiple sources this evening including Sky Sport Italia, Fabrizio Romano, Sportitalia and Yagiz Sabuncuoglu all confirm that an agreement was reached with Parma.

Diego Carlos will fly out for a medical test in Italy on Monday to sign the contract.
The Brazilian has played for the likes of FC Nantes, Sevilla and Aston Villa before his €11.47m move to Fenerbahce in January 2025.
