Hendrick Motorsports has been connected to Zilisch, Corey Day, and Alex Bowman for the No. 48 car in 2027 at this point.

This doesn’t feel like the most likely outcome, but it is something to monitor moving forward. If Hendrick Motorsports buys Zilisch out of his contract, only one of the three drivers can run the No. 48 car.
