Cameron Peffel shot one-under par 46 for 12 holes at Rich Maiden to lead Fleetwood to two wins in high school golf on Tuesday.
The Tigers scored 223 with Conrad Weiser scoring 227 and Kutztown 250.
For the Scouts, Alex Golembiewski shot 50.
