Miami Dolphins WR Caleb Douglas caught two of three targeted passes for 19 yards during the team’s Week 2 loss against the San Francisco 49ers.

Why It Matters: Coming off an impressive 5-94-0 line in his NFL debut, Douglas never got much going against the 49ers in Week 2, finishing as one of four Dolphins with between 17 and 19 yards receiving. It serves as a bit of cold water after the rookie’s Week 1 performance doubtless got him scooped up off waivers in a ton of leagues. The Dolphins passing game is very much a work in progress, so the best course of action right now is to stash Douglas on your bench and see how things develop over the next few weeks before reassessing.
