If a casual fan were to believe that wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk had already joined the Washington Commanders this offseason, it would be hard to blame them.
Aiyuk, who is still under contract with the San Francisco 49ers, has been hard at work on social media marketing his desire to land in the nation’s capital. After making Instagram posts wearing Commanders merchandise and chanting “Go Commanders!” over the last few weeks, Aiyuk posted two more videos to his Instagram on Wednesday, June 24. Both appear to continue his campaign to move to Washington.

In the first video, posted around 3 p.m. ET, Aiyuk turns a football over in his hands to reveal a Commanders logo beneath the NFL logo. The video’s caption reads: “The best sport in the world The best league in the world [and] the best team in the world.”
