Brad Keselowski Drops Truth Bomb on Fox’s NASCAR Coverage and Echoes What Fans Have Said for Years originally appeared on Athlon Sports.

Brad Keselowski is more than a successful NASCAR Cup Series driver. He’s a successful businessman as well. RFK Racing is proof of both.

Naturally, his opinion is valued. So much so that he’s one of three owners that is part of NASCAR’s Owner Advisory Council — along with Trackhouse Racing owner Justin Marks and Joe Gibbs Racing co-owner Heather Gibbs. A main purpose of the three-person panel is to help NASCAR plan what the sport's going to look like in the future — three to five years down the road.

On Sunday after a wild day at Pocono Raceway, which included a ninth-place finish despite the driver committing a bizarre penalty when he came down a closed pit road, the 41-year-old appeared on Prime’s post-race show and shared his voice and echoed the thoughts of many fans when asked how he divides his time between team owner and driver.

“You just try to use every minute, every hour and make it count,” Keselowski said. “And some days better than others. I don't always get to rewatch the races like I'd like to. I do get to rewatch Amazon. That's way easier for me to find at home.

“I love that you guys have a post-race show because when I wanna know what happened in the race, I can watch the Amazon post show. I don't have to re-watch the whole race. So thank you for that. Everybody at Amazon.”

Keselowski's high praise for Prime contrasted what fans have grown accustomed to with the deficiencies in Fox's NASCAR lackluster post-race coverage in the season's first 12 races, which rarely lasted more than a few minutes and featured several interviews.

Interestingly, the 2012 Cup champion wasn’t done with his compliments for the streaming service.

“I hate that this is your last race of the year,” he said near the end of his interview. “You guys have blown the cover off the ball. I really believe that. You know, at the start of the year, I had some fans say, ‘What's the deal with Amazon?’ I said, ‘Just wait. This is gonna be awesome.’ And you guys have not disappointed. Thank you very much.”
