Brad Keselowski’s chances at the NASCAR Kansas race are over.
Keselowski blew a right rear tire on Turn 1, running second on Lap 195 of the AdventHealth 400 at Kansas Speedway on May 11. His No. 6 RFK Racing Ford hit the wall between turns 1 and 2 before his car skidded to a stop on the apron.
The car was towed back to the garage, and the team will be able to potentially make repairs and get the car back out. However, there were only 73 laps to go at the time of caution.
Keselowski’s streak of races without a top 10 will extend to 12, dating back to the NASCAR Cup Series Championship race to end last season at Phoenix. His season-best finish is 11th in the NASCAR Las Vegas race on March 16.
