The Chicago Bears handily beat the Philadelphia Eagles on Monday Night Football, 27 to 7, bouncing back from last week’s stinker in the steady rain to move to 2-1 in a young season. Third-string quarterback Case Keenum led the Bears to the win in his first start since December 24, 2024. He had his first 2-touchdown passing game since January 9, 2022, and his first rushing touchdown since December 12, 2019.

With Caleb Williams likely out at least one more game, we’ll find out this week if the Bears stick with Keenum or turn to QB2 Tyson Bagent to start their Week 4 matchup against the New York Jets.

The Jets are 1-2 and coming off a 31 to 24 loss to the Detroit Lions where quarterback Geno Smith threw for 321 yards and 3 TDs. They narrowly lost their Week 2 game against the Packers, 20-17, so this Jets team under head coach Aaron Glenn is playing better football than they did in Glenn’s 3-win 2025.

Ben Johnson and Aaron Glenn coached together in Detroit for 4 years, so they will be familiar with each other’s schemes. Through three weeks, the Jets have allowed the second-fewest yards in the NFL, and they are seventh with 8 sacks.

Our partners at FanDuel Sportsbook have the Bears as an early 3.5-point home favorite over the Jets, with the total over/under at 43.5.

Do you think the Bears can pull this one off, or could this be a trap game with the Green Bay Packers looming in Week 5?
