Austin Hill is lined up for another NASCAR Cup Series start. Hill will drive the No. 33 car for Richard Childress Racing in the Cup Series race at Nashville Superspeedway, the entry list revealed. The Richard Childress Racing driver will make his second straight start in the No. 33 car after Kyle Busch’s tragic death.

Richard Childress Racing changed the No. 8 to the No. 33 after Busch passed away, preserving the number for his son, Brexton, if he makes it to the Cup Series. Hill placed the No. 33 car in 27th place in the 2026 Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway last weekend.

It is unclear what the NASCAR organization will be doing with the no. 33 car moving forward, but Hill figures to have starts lined up. It has been a tough week in the NASCAR world, as Hill and Richard Childress Racing hope to honor Busch’s legacy going into the future.
