The NASCAR Cup Series circuit heads to the World Wide Technology Raceway, also known as Gateway, for the second race of the Cup Series Chase this weekend. Earlier this week, NASCAR released the full entry list for Sunday’s Enjoy Illinois 300 as 36 drivers and teams are entered for the race.
Absent from this week’s entry list are Corey Heim and Chad Finchum, who both raced in last Sunday’s Cook Out Southern 500 at Darlington Raceway. Heim, the defending Craftsman Truck Series champion and two-time Cup winner in 2026, is on a part-time basis in the Cup Series for 23XI Racing in the No. 67 Toyota.

Finchum and the No. 66 Garage 66 Ford also competes on a part-time basis and did not enter Sunday’s Enjoy Illinois 300.
