Inter secured the top spot in Group A with a 3-1 victory against Lazio. Elsewhere, Juventus and Roma also sealed their places in the semi-finals with crucial wins in the final round of fixtures in the group stage.
The three teams join Sassuolo, who had already booked their semi-final berth prior to match-day three.

Inter beat Lazio to top Group A
Inter fell behind following Margherita Monnecchi’s incredible effort from distance. Spotting the Cecilía Rán Rúnarsdóttir off her line, Monnecchi produced the required pace and height to keep her looping effort just out of the reach of the backpedalling goalkeeper.
Unfortunately for Lazio, Carlotta Masu’s handball infringement allowed Karólína Lea Vilhjálmsdóttir to equalise from the penalty spot.
Maša Tomašević completed the turnaround in the opening stages of the second period, firing home as Lazio tried in vain to clear their lines from a goalmouth scramble. Brittany Raphino made sure of the three points in stoppage time, tapping in from close range to score in a second straight Women’s Cup outing.

Elsewhere, Laura Faurskov scored the decisive goal in Napoli’s 1-0 win over Parma. The 23-year-old pounced on Matilde Copetti’s parry from a long-range shot to slide the ball into the awaiting net. The result condemned Parma to a third consecutive defeat in the competition.
Group B: Roma clinch best second-placed spot
Sassuolo saw off Ternana to finish the group stage with a 100 percent record. Jacynta Galabadaarachchi required less than 10 minutes to open the scoring with a low shot past Katia Schroffenegger at the near post. Laura Palakovics added a second just after the half-hour mark, steering home a rebound after Gabriela Annija Andersone rattled the frame of the goal. There were no more goals in the contest, but Sassuolo were reduced to 10 players in the 76th minute. Substitute Ilaria Azzena was dismissed for violent conduct just five minutes after entering the pitch.

Ternana were unable to take advantage of their late numerical superiority as they fell to a third consecutive defeat. While Ternana exit the competition, Sassuolo will look forward to a semi-final clash against Roma, a team they beat 1-0 on matchday two of the group stage.
Roma recovered from that loss to seal the best second-placed spot with a commanding 3-0 win over Fiorentina. Giada Greggi starred with a brace at Stadio Tre Fontana, including a 19th-minute opener. The Italy international exchanged a neat one-two with Alayah Pilgrim before taking aim from just outside the box, firing an unstoppable strike past the despairing Cecilie Fiskerstrand.
Trailing at the break, Fiorentina’s hopes of a second-half turnaround were dealt a massive blow by Maria Luisa Filangeri’s dismissal on the hour mark. The defender received the second of her two yellow cards for a clumsy foul on Pilgrim. Roma made full use of the red card, scoring two late goals to take the game away from Fiorentina. First, Greggi grabbed her second of the game after being teed up by Manuela Giugliano’s deft flick. The 26-year-old then added an assist to her brace, sliding a ball through for Kayleigh van Dooren to slot home.
Juventus edge out Milan to take first position in Group C
Juventus secured their spot in the semi-finals with a narrow 1-0 win over AC Milan. The contest remained goalless until substitute Ana Capeta found the all-important breakthrough in the 78th minute. Capeta saw her initial effort blocked before the rebound broke kindly for her to steer home. Unfortunately, the win came at a cost, as Juventus have confirmed Capeta sustained an anterior cruciate ligament injury. The Portugal international will undergo surgery before starting her rehabilitation process.

Como came from behind to beat Como 1907 in a game that produced a red card for both sides. Tessa Wullaert opened the scoring with a stunning free-kick from distance, whipping her fierce shot over the ball and beyond the outstretched Astrid Gilardi. The hosts soon restored parity in rather fortuitous circumstances. Freja Olofsson was the unfortunate party, inadvertently diverting the ball into her net in an attempt to defend a cross.
The contest looked to have swung back in Como 1907’s favour when Gilardi was dismissed for denying a goal-scoring opportunity. However, it was the home side who found the crucial next goal despite being down to 10 players.
Valery Vigilucci towered high at the far post to power a header in from LeiLanni Nesbeth’s deep corner. To make matters worse for the visitors, they lost their numerical advantage when Carmen Menayo was shown a straight red card for bringing down Mina Bergersen as the last defender.

Como subsequently saw out the remainder of the contest to finish in second spot in Group C, while Como 1907 ended bottom of the standings without a point to their name.
