Borussia Dortmund are reportedly pushing to secure the services of Arsenal’s Ethan Nwaneri (19), according to journalist Sacha Tavolieri.
Talks between the various parties are said to have begun in a bid to reach an agreement before the summer transfer window closes.

A product of the Gunners’ academy, Nwaneri has quickly established himself as one of the most promising talents in England. The youngest player in history to have represented the London club – at 15 years, five months and 28 days – the attacking midfielder has made 51 appearances in all competitions (10 goals and two assists) since his debut against Brentford on 18 September 2022.
On loan at Olympique de Marseille to gain playing time in the second half of last season, Nwaneri found it difficult to adapt to French football, making just 11 appearances (412 minutes in total) for the Marseille side, scoring two goals and providing one assist.
Left on the bench for the home match against Coventry City on the opening day of the 2026–27 Premier League season, Nwaneri had not even been included in Mikel Arteta’s squad for the Gunners’ victory over Manchester City in the Community Shield.
