Defensive end Cameron Jordan, a New Orleans Saints icon, is finalizing a one-year, incentive-filled contract with the franchise during his visit with the team on Tuesday, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.

Jordan, who will turn 37 next month, has spent all 15 of his NFL seasons with the Saints. In the process, he’s collected eight Pro Bowl honors and piled up 132 sacks.

The 2011 first-round pick started all 17 games for New Orleans this past season. He clocked out with a team-leading 10.5 sacks — his most in a season since he stacked 12.5 in 2021 — and a team-high 15 TFLs. He also forced a pair of fumbles.
