OOLTEWAH, Tenn. — Match play has (almost) arrived at the 2026 U.S. Women’s Amateur.
Two rounds of stroke play are nearly in the books, with play concluding Thursday morning before the Round of 64 begins. Thunderstorms in the area caused a nearly two-and-a-half hour delay Wednesday evening, and the bracket won’t be complete until Thursday morning, when stroke play concludes and a likely playoff to cut to 64 players.

When that’s complete, it’s time for match play.

U.S. Women’s Amateur 2026 Round of 64 tee times
Tee times will be added once they’re available.
U.S. Women’s Amateur format
Every player in the field will compete in 36 holes of stroke play on Tuesday and Wednesday, where the field will be cut to the low 64 players for match play, which begins Thursday. A playoff will be used if needed to determine the 64 players. Then, the Round of 64 takes place Thursday, Rounds of 32 and 16 on Friday, quarterfinals and semifinals on Saturday and the 36-hole championship final on Sunday.
