The 2026 PGA Tour season continues on Friday, June 19, as the 126th edition of the U.S. Open continues at the grueling Shinnecock Hills Golf Course in Southampton, New York, as we wait to see who will win the third major tournament of the year.
Round 1 was suspended due to darkness on Thursday night and resumes early Friday morning. As a result, the second-round tee times have been pushed back 15 minutes.

Entering Friday, Wyndham Clark sits atop the leaderboard at 6-under, while three players (Matt Fitzpatrick, Dustin Johnson, and Gary Woodland) sit at 3-under.
Friday’s second round will air live from 6:30 a.m. ET to 5:00 p.m. ET on the USA Network, before the action shifts to NBC Sports Network from 5:00 p.m. ET to 8:00 p.m. ET. The entire opening round will air live on Peacock.
