With one month left before the end of the transfer window in Europe, it’s time to take a first look back, with an eleven made up of the biggest transfers by position.
No surprise here: Liverpool, the biggest spender of the summer so far, is well represented with three players—Frimpong, Wirtz, and Ekitiké (and they could have added left-back Kerkez if they’d spent just three million more!)
It’s worth noting that only three players in this team haven’t signed with a Premier League club: Carreras, Huijsen, and Quansah.
