Unfortunately, a woman was involved in a fatal golf cart crash in Pennsylvania last Saturday night.
According to TribLive, the crash occurred in Westmoreland County. The woman driving the golf cart, Nicole L. Brooke, was transported to Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. However, she passed away shortly after her arrival. She was just 39 years old.
The full details regarding the accident haven't come out yet. All that has been reported is that Brooke died from blunt impact to the head. As a result, she suffered skull and brain injuries.

The crash happened in Bell Township, a Westmoreland County 911 dispatcher said. It happened shortly before 9 p.m. on Leland Drive, according to the medical examiner.
No details on the incident were immediately available. State police are handling the investigation, but could not be reached for comment Sunday.
Brooke died about an hour after the crash, shortly before 10 p.m., at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, the medical examiner said.
The woman's death was ruled an accident.
As you'd imagine, the community in Westmoreland County is devastated by this tragic accident. This is the second death involving a golf cart in the past month. A 62-year-old man was driving a golf cart at the Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri when it flipped over and landed on top of him.
Our thoughts are with the friends and family members of the woman involved in last Saturday's crash. We can't imagine the pain they're enduring at this time.
