The CBF officially announced on Friday (23) the date of the draw for the round of 16 of the Copa do Brasil.

The event will take place next Friday (30), at the entity’s headquarters, starting at 3:30 pm (Brasília time).

On the same day, the draw for the second phase of the Copa do Brasil Feminina will also take place.

The 16 qualified teams in the men’s edition will no longer be divided into pots and there are no prior restrictions before the balls decide the matches.

This can guarantee several “local” duels.

The first leg matches are expected to take place between July 29 and 31. The return matches are scheduled to take place between August 5 and 7.
