NASCAR is back with the first of two exhibition races to begin the 2025 NASCAR Cup Series season.
The Cookout Clash at Bowman Gray Stadium is the NASCAR season opening event and features a 39-driver field with former Cup Series champions and race winners from the 2024 season, along with some rookies.
The Clash is moving to Bowman Gray Stadium in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, after three seasons at The Coliseum in Los Angeles. Prior to The Coliseum, The Clash, formerly known as the Budweiser Shootout and The Busch Clash, was raced at Daytona International Speedway on the 2.5-mile superspeedway tri-oval and the road course at the facility.
