A superfight takes place at Allegiant Stadium on September 13 when Canelo Alvarez defends his status as the undisputed super middleweight champion against Terence Crawford.

Canelo (63-2-2) enters the fight as the first undisputed super middleweight champion. The two-time champion at 168 has broken box office records and looks to elevate boxing’s run on Netflix.

A former two-division undisputed champion, Crawford (41-0) can make history by holding all the gold in another weight class. “Bud” has called for a fight against the best for years, including Canelo. He’s ready to make the most of the opportunity that’s now in front of him.

“For me, this is viewed as a big opportunity. You know, high risk, high reward,” Crawford told The Athletic. “A lot of people are writing me off. I’m taking this big risk, you know, but the reward is higher than the risk at the end of the day.”
