The Sporting News’ Women’s Fighter of the Year goes from competing on undercards to a headlining act. Knowing all eyes are on her, she looks to prove she is the future of the sport.

“My last fight, I made history as the youngest undisputed champion in the world,” said Fundora. “I am excited to make history again, this time defending my undisputed status against the very hungry Badillo. This is my first main event, and I can’t wait to show the world all the hard work Team Fundora puts in to be the best.”
Ranked number one in the IBF rankings, Badillo (19-0-1) competes in the U.S. for the first time. The Mexican fighter went 3-0 in 2024 and has won eight fights since 2022. She looks to end Fundora’s momentum and status as one of the top female fighters in the world.
“I worked hard to earn my spot to challenge for this undisputed championship,” said Badillo. “I am excited to make my U.S. debut and make waves in women’s boxing.”
