Off the rush, Luca Romano, whom the Islanders selected in the third round (No. 74) of the 2025 NHL Draft, fed Prokhorov in the low slot before he beat Jakub Malek under the glove for the opening tally at 5:56 of the second:
Prokhorov has quickly become a fan favorite and is expected to be a force for the Hamilton Hammers this upcoming season.
