Tiger Woods faced legal punishment this month in his DUI case. The judge suspended his driver’s license for five years.

Woods appeared at the Martin County Courthouse on Sept. 2. He changed his plea to no contest on two charges. Prosecutors amended the original DUI charge to reckless driving.

Woods also paid about $1,500 in combined fines.

Judge Darren Steele issued a stern warning in court. He told Woods there are no exceptions to the suspension. Driving for any reason would send him back to jail.

Woods’ attorney, Douglas Duncan, and girlfriend Vanessa Trump attended the hearing.
