NFL fans in London experienced issues entering Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for Sunday’s game between the Minnesota Vikings and Cleveland Browns, for which Ticketmaster has apologized.

Many fans in attendance complained about having trouble accessing their tickets through the OnePass app, which provides fans with access to NFL events. Fans eventually made it in after standing in long lines outside the stadium before kickoff, due to the app delay.

“The experience fell short of our standards and the service we aim to deliver on behalf of the NFL,” .

Minnesota walked away with a 21-17 come-from-behind win over the Browns, and fans will receive a 50 percent credit for the face value of the ticket credited to the account holder for the inconvenience. The NFL OnePass app is “powered by Ticketmaster,” and fans had trouble accessing their tickets through the service.

“The operation to safely admit ticket holders was fully coordinated with NFL and Tottenham Hotspur’s stadium operations team,” the NFL and Ticketmaster said in identical statements. “Ticketmaster, the NFL and Tottenham Hotspur were able to verify ticket holders using a secondary form of verification. The situation was addressed as efficiently as possible and all fans entered the stadium safely.”

In a separate email to , Ticketmaster stated that the credit could be applied toward the next NFL game at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium this Sunday, featuring the Denver Broncos and New York Jets. Or fans also have the choice of converting that credit into a Ticketmaster gift card they can use for future Ticketmaster events.

There has been no comment on the number of fans affected by the delay in entering the stadium by the NFL or Ticketmaster. It has been reported that attendance was just below the stadium’s capacity of 61,082.
