On Feb. 4, Tiger Woods lost his mother, Tida Woods. She was 80 years old. The 15-time major champion originally committed to play in this week’s Genesis Invitational at Torrey Pines, a golf course where he’s won eight times, but pulled out on Monday, saying he wasn’t ready.
