Stoke City have shopped across the pond by bringing in two deadline-day signings – USA international midfielder Jack McGlynn from MLS side Houston Dynamo and young left-back Luca Bombino from San Diego, both for an undisclosed fee.
Subject to international clearance after his late-night signing, 23-year-old McGlynn, 23, who has won 13 international caps, has signed a three-year contract, which includes an option for a further season, in the club’s favour.
