Yahoo Sports fantasy analyst Tera Roberts breaks down why the Seattle RB is a smart play for fantasy managers in Week 12.

Video Transcript

This year has been fascinating to watch Kenneth Walker’s usage within the Seattle offense.

He is the clear lead back with no real threat from Zach Charbonnay.

Walker is having a strong year on the ground, particularly with touchdowns, and has notably seen a very good uptick in receiving usage as well.

No matter how the game flows and how it plays out, Walker isn’t being scripted out.

He finds a way to consistently get it done.

But it’s been a few weeks since we’ve really seen him have that top overall fantasy performance.

His floor has been decent, but we are looking for a combination here of an opportunity where he can play in a competitive game, get solid volume on the ground, a good matchup for him, and a potential volume play where.

We can have receiving upside as well.

This week’s matchup against Arizona is the perfect opportunity for that.

The Cardinals should be able to take advantage of this Seattle defense and force a really good back and forth competitive game here.

This is a great matchup for Walker to have over 20 total touches, over 100 total yards, and a potential multi-touchdown game here.
