The 2025-26 Serie A season will kick off on the weekend of Saturday 23 August, which is one month and ten days after the end of the upcoming 2025 FIFA Club World Cup.
The 2025-26 season will then draw to a close on the weekend of Sunday 24 May, which is just over a fortnight before the start of the 2026 World Cup, which will also be played in North America.
Next season will begin a week later than the current 2024-25 campaign did, but will end on the same weekend; The last one in May.
