The path is set and we now know exactly what awaits us in the 2025/26 Serie A season. With the announcement of all 38 matchdays next season, there are many dates to add to the diary, including games at San Siro, and also away days all across Italy. After our two August games, against Cremonese and Lecce, our first key match will be against Bologna at San Siro, with revenge on our minds after the Coppa Italia final, and to be played right after the first international break. Again at San Siro, we will have our second big match of the season, hosting reigning champions of Italy, Napoli in September (they are also our opponents in the semi-finals of the Supercup).
We won’t have to wait long for our next huge game, as just the week after (at the beginning of October) it will be time for Juventus v AC Milan. It will be a special match for Allegri who will face the Bianconeri for the first time. October will also hold two other key matches with new managers, Fiorentina and Atalanta. November, however, will begin with another great game: our meeting with Gian Piero Gasperini’s Roma. From one Roman side to another, because the month will end against another team from the capital, Sarri’s Lazio. The Biancocelesti will come after the most important game for all our fans, the first Derby of the season that we will be playing away, right after the international break.
The league will then continue without breaks for a little while (there is also a midweek round scheduled in early January) and we will have to wait until January 2026 for our next game against a team involved in European football, against Fiorentina in Florence. There will then be two important games against Roma and Bologna, within the period that will also see the winter market come to a close. The next big games will be in March, when the first hints of spring will accompany the Derby and our trip to Lazio. After the last international break of the season, the league will continue on Easter weekend with our visit to Naples, our last big away game of the year before two important home games: Juventus at the end of April and Atalanta in the third-to-last matchday. Our last game of the season will be against Cagliari, and it is indeed a fixture which holds good memories.
