Chris Drury sort of woke up everyone in the New York Rangers world after reports came out that he is looking to make some moves to jumpstart the team.
In the aftermath of their 6-2 loss in Edmonton on Saturday, the Rangers have made it very clear they are interested in making moves and shaking up their roster.
Among the names indicated are Chris Kreider and Jacob Trouba, although other options will be considered.

There is now a lot of outside noise involving the Rangers, but Peter Laviolette tried downplaying the situation when asked about all the trade speculation.
“Those things are out of our control, that’s not in our control,” Laviolette said. “What’s in our control is playing a better game, how we respond today and how we react tomorrow.”
The Rangers are currently on a three-game losing streak and the team has really not been playing their best hockey as of late.
That same sentiment of keeping distractions outside of the locker room was echoed by Braden Schneider.
“Right now it’s just outside noise,” Schneider said. “We are just trying to keep it within here and focus on getting two points.”
Chris Kreider and Jacob Trouba are the two players specifically pinpointed in players the Rangers could possibly trade despite Drury still exploring other options as well.
