With Labor Day fast approaching, cooler evenings provide the perfect backdrop for some amazing twilight golf.
And while you might not get in all 18 as the days get shorter, there’s no reason not to look and feel your best. Seattle-based sustainable golf brand, RADMOR, has just released new prints in their best-selling Taylor Recycled golf polo that features an innovative yarn which is leading the industry in sustainable golf attire.
The fall release comes in three new prints: Ribbon Polo, Agave Print Polo and Old Mac Polo.
RADMOR posted the Taylor Recycled Old Mac Polo on their Instagram account, showcasing the dark navy color and timeless print, perfect for fall.
RADMOR’s Taylor Recycled Polo combines modern design with unparalleled comfort and sustainability. The Taylor Recycled Polo is meticulously crafted from an exclusive fine-weight jersey, featuring a blend of certified, traceable recycled REPREVE and Spandex stretch yarns.
The custom blend is beloved for its moisture-wicking properties and wrinkle resistance, as well as providing the perfect amount of stretch for playing golf. The secret lies in RADMOR’s certified REPREVE polyester which is spun from recycled plastic bottles.
Commitment to Sustainability
RADMOR was founded in 2019 by Scott Morrison and Bob Conrad who were best friends and roommates at the University of Washington. After college, Conrad went on to play professional golf for six years while Morrison founded multiple denim companies in New York. The two were surprised by the apparent lack of sustainability practices that went into golf clothing and decided to do something about it.
According to Morrison, “the inspiration for RADMOR was born in part out of our distain for virgin polyester and the irony that golf is a sport played in nature, but the golf ‘uniform’ so to speak is made from virgin polyester – ie. plastic – which has a bunch of implications on the environment, our food, water, etc.”
With RADMOR, Morrison and Conrad aim to spread awareness among consumers about the environmental impact of their clothing choices, and how they are a reflection of the world around them.
RADMOR believes in taking a proactive approach to sustainability, and is out to prove that golfers can not only look better, but do better for the world we live in.
