PSV, Leeds United, and Fulham are all keen to snap up striker Mehdi Taremi after his omission from Inter Milan’s Serie A squad.
This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, via FCInterNews.
It has seemed inevitable for months that striker Mehdi Taremi would leave Inter this summer.
The Iranian is not a part of the plans under Cristian Chivu.
However, so far there has not been a decisive move by any club to sign the Iranian.
The likes of Botafogo and Flamengo reportedly tried to bring Taremi to Brazil. However, he rejected them, preferring to stay in Europe.
Meanwhile, there has been interest in Taremi from the Premier League. Both Leeds United and Fulham have reportedly targeted the 33-year-old.

In the meantime, Inter have made a notable decision to leave Taremi out of their squad list for their Serie A opener against Torino tomorrow.
This is as clear a sign as one could expect. Taremi is on the market, and Inter don’t consider him to be a part of their plans.
Therefore, interest is intensifying from clubs in Europe to take advantage of the Iranian’s situation.
The Gazzetta confirm that both Fulham and Leeds are still keen on bringing Taremi to the Premier League.
However, the newspaper add, PSV are also strongly interested in Taremi’s signature. And they can offer the former Porto striker Champions League football.
