A new home built in a prestigious northern Arizona private golf community sold for nearly $7 million the first day it hit the market.
The Jay Morrish-designed Pine Canyon Golf Club in Flagstaff, Arizona, completed a $6.4 million renovation last August and some new lots also went on the market.
This new home that was just purchased is a five-bedroom, six-bathroom stunner that sits along the golf course’s fifth hole. It is 5,900 square feet and its best features are the views of the golf course and surrounding mountains, thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows and multiple patios. It’s the first home by Two Hawks Design & Development, which purchased eight lots, so expect more stunners to come online soon. The Ranch Mine was the architectural firm for this house.
“The rapid sale of this home is a testament to its beauty, functionality and elevated architecture and design,” Compass Agent Larissa Hoss said in a statement. “The buyer knew this home wouldn’t last and took immediate action to lock it down.”
Pine Canyon first opened in 1994. It ranks tied for 13th in Arizona on the Golfweek’s Best 2025: Top private golf courses in every state list, which was released in June.
