After finishing second a year ago, Southern’s Jackson Bodony won the Ocean County Tournament title, as the Rams won a second straight team title.
A new collection of Shore Conference golfers emerges ever spring as some freshman break into their respective lineups early on and flash their potential in matches and tournaments.
That has been the case over the first few weeks of the spring high school golf season, with a number of rookies having already made an impact on the boys side, with more expected to step up over the next month. And the experience those players are gaining now will form the foundation for potential titles, both individually and for their teams, in the years to come.
