Just a couple of days remain until the 2026 NFL preseason kicks into full gear.

All 32 NFL teams will have some sort of preseason action this week after just the Arizona Cardinals and Carolina Panthers played in the annual Pro Football Hall of Fame game. Haynes King led the Panthers to a 33-30 win in a thrilling, back-and-forth contest that many are viewing as a good omen ahead of the 2026 NFL season.

But as NFL fans wait for their favorite teams to be in game action, there will still be opportunities to catch up on the latest happenings at each of their camps.

Unfortunately, much of the news coming out of training camp has been injury-related, as usual. On Monday, Aug. 10, the Detroit Lions lost starting center Cade Mays due to a hand fracture and running back Isiah Pacheco to an MCL tear. The Washington Commanders also lost left tackle Laremy Tunsil to a torn triceps, so that figures to impact how their offensive line looks in front of Jayden Daniels.

Still, there are bits of intriguing news coming out of each camp as well. For example, the New England Patriots signed veteran tight end Hunter Henry to a two-year extension on Monday before trading third-year offensive lineman Caedan Wallace to the division rival Miami Dolphins.

What else could be next from NFL teams as they prepare for the 2026 season? Here are the latest updates from training camp on Tuesday, Aug. 11.
