Allar is a natural thrower of the football, possessing immense arm talent to execute every throw in the book. He has flashed the ability to be a multi-speed pitcher, layering the football with the requisite touch and arc.
Drew Allar is a former 5-star recruit in the 2022 class, per 247Sports. The 2025 campaign marks his third season as a full-time starter, which makes his poor decision-making more head-scratching. Last season, Allar threw for 3,327 yards, 24 touchdowns, and eight interceptions. Allar was voted as an All-Big Ten honorable mention.
Allar suffered a lower-body injury in Week 7 against Northwestern and has been ruled out for the remainder of the season. He is without any remaining eligbility beyond this season.
