Welcome to the third major of the LPGA’s 2026 season. It’s the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship and this year’s host is Hazeltine Golf Club in Chaska, Minnesota.

The KPMG is the third of five majors of the ladies circuit. Nelly Korda won the Chevron and the U.S. Women’s Open and is seeking to keep her major streak going in 2026. A Korda win would clinch the final two points she needs to earn entry in the LPGA Hall of Fame.

Hazeltine National Golf Club is No. 4 on the 2026 Golfweek’s Best private golf courses in Minnesota, a list that was just released on Monday. The course opened in 1962. It staged its first national championship with the 1966 U.S. Women’s Open.

What does Nelly Korda need to qualify for LPGA Hall of Fame?

Nelly Korda could become the first American to play her way into the LPGA Hall of Fame since Juli Inkster in 1999. Korda is two points shy of the 27 needed to qualify for what many consider the toughest Hall in sports. A victory this week at Hazeline would give Korda three legs of the calendar grand slam and put her in the Hall of Fame.
