Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills cruised to a dominant 30-10 road win over the New York Jets on Saturday, as Jets quarterback Justin Fields exited early in the fourth quarter with an injury.

Allen completed 14-of-25 passes for 145 yards, leaning on his backfield to carry the scoring load. James Cook had a breakout game, rushing for 132 yards and two touchdowns on 21 carries. Elijah Moore added another score on the ground, finding the end zone on one of his two carries.

Before leaving the game, Fields struggled, completing just 3-of-11 passes for 27 yards and taking two sacks — one of which sent him to the medical tent and eventually sidelined him.

Fans were impressed with Allen’s poised performance as the Bills improved to 2-0 on the season.

Cook scored on Buffalo’s opening drive, and a Jets fumble set up a 28-yard field goal from Matt Prater. The Bills led 13-0 after the first quarter and stretched it to 20-3 by halftime, with Prater hitting a 52-yarder and Cook adding another touchdown.

Buffalo dominated the clock in the second half, adding two more scores—a short Prater field goal in the third and a 4-yard TD run from Moore in the fourth. Allen was pulled in the final quarter as the Bills sealed the win.

The Jets scored a late touchdown, but the game was well out of reach.

The Bills will host the Miami Dolphins on Thursday night, facing a quick turnaround in an AFC East matchup.
