One joked, “Another NASCAR champ in the family! Unless he goes F1 or drinks the milk at Indy?” a nod to both F1 and the Indy 500 tradition. Another wrote, “Loved seeing Hudson use the bumper on Joey Logano,” while a third teased, “Pulling those Hamlin moves a bit early huh?”

For a driver known for his aggressive but calculated racing style, seeing his son mimic those moves at such a young age struck a chord with longtime followers. It’s not the first time Logano has shared moments of Hudson around the racetrack, the youngster has often been spotted in the garage, socking in the world of NASCAR from up close.

Joey Logano’s Playoff Push

The viral moment comes as Logano is deep in the fight for the 2025 NASCAR Cup Series playoffs. The Team Penske driver currently sits tenth in the standings, looking to secure his spot in the next rounds.

With races tightening up and competition fierce, Logano knows consistency will be key if he’s to add a third championship to his name.

As Logano turns his attention to New Hampshire Motor Speedway, the viral “mini hot laps” serve as a lighthearted backdrop to the pressure of playoff racing. Fans will be watching closely to see if Joey can keep his title hopes alive and maybe if Hudson makes another cameo at the track.

For now, though, one thing is certain: Joey isn’t the only Logano turning heads this season.
