Jake Paul (11-1, 7 KOs) and Julio César Chávez Jr. (54-6-1, 34 KOs) will fight on June 28 at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California, U.S.
Ahead of their showdown, live on Netflix, the full undercard has been announced, featuring a world title fight, former world champion, and a two-sport champion who was a pioneer and trailblazer in both boxing and MMA.
Ohio’s “Problem Child” Paul is coming off a unanimous decision victory over Mike Tyson last November, while 39-year-old Chávez Jr. defeated Uriah Hall by unanimous decision last year, which was his only fight over the past three-and-a-half-years.
Chávez Jr. was a WBC world middleweight champion way back in 2012, when Jake Paul was just 15-years-old, and has only won half of his fights since losing his world title to Sergio Martinez. He has fought only 14 times in the last 13 years.
The matchups have been made official on BoxRec.
