Cruz (28-3-2, 18 KOs) became WBC interim super lightweight champion with a unanimous decision victory over Omar Salcido in July 2025. The former WBA champion then retained his interim title with a majority draw against Lamont Roach Jr. in December, and now makes his second defense of the WBC’s interim belt.

Bravo (24-1, 17 KOs) gets his first opportunity at the world level after returning to his winning ways with a Knockout of the Year contender over Pedro Campa.
Jesus Ramos Jr. (24-1, 19 KOs) was expected to put his WBC interim middleweight title on the line against Meiirim Nursultanov (20-0, 11 KOs) in the night’s co-feature, however that fight was ultimately scrapped Friday after Ramos was hospitalized, having fallen ill.
The Cruz vs. Bravo fight card starts at 8 p.m. ET on DAZN, with main event ring walks expected around 11 p.m. ET.
