Take a bow, Cam Davis.
The two-time PGA Tour winner faced a precarious situation on the 72nd hole Sunday during the 2025 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am. His second shot came to rest between tree roots short of the par-5 18th green, and with a bunker between he and the pin, the shot seemed impossible.
Nonsense.
Not only did Davis hit a brilliant shot that landed on the green, it spun back toward the hole and allowed him to convert on the birdie putt. Doing so helped him finish T-5 instead of T-6, which put an extra $90,000 in his pocket.
Not bad.
At one of the world’s iconic venues, it’s just another shot fans will likely try when they get to play the course.
