The Indianapolis Colts released their Thursday injury report for Week 2 of the NFL season against the Kansas City Chiefs.
Wide receiver Alec Pierce (heel() missed practice Thursday. Pierce had been a full participant the day before. Pierce could be resting and trying to manage the workload on his heel or the worst case scenario could be he could have aggravated his heel injury. Either way it’s not looking great for the Colts WR1 moving forward.

Wide receiver Ashton Dulin (ankle) missed back to back practices and looks set to miss this weeks game against the Chiefs. Dulin who had taken on a bigger workload on offense with Pierce’s injury and a key part of the teams special teams unit will be a big miss if he is unavailable Sunday.
Running back DJ Giddens (knee) was a new addition to the injury report missing practice on Thursday. Giddens who was a non/factor in his rookie year has seen a drop down the depth chart with the emergence of Seth McGowan at running back behind Jonathan Taylor. Giddens however can’t afford to miss time with injury as it could end up costing him his roster spot.
Linebacker Austin Ajake (hamstring) was a full participant at practice. Shake looks like he should be healthy enough to contribute on Sunday. Wide receiver Keenan Allen )rest) was a full participant at practice. Allen was a full go after taking Wednesday off with a scheduled rest day.
Quarterback Anthony Richardson (groin) was a full participant after missing Wednesday due to a groin injury. Richardson did not log a single snap in the season opener so it is unclear how he injured his groin but he has bounced back from it and looks to be healthy ahead of Sundays game against the Chiefs.
