Caitlin Clark is more than just the face of the Indiana Fever and the biggest name in women’s basketball today. The 24-year-old star is also an avid golfer outside the WNBA.
The Fever star has built a reputation for competitiveness throughout her career. Starting in college, where she became the NCAA’s all-time leading scorer, up to her recent gold medal win with Team USA, Clark has constantly pushed herself to excel whenever she’s on the court.

Her international stint at the FIBA World Cup tournament, in particular, saw Clark impress against different countries. Across six games, the Fever guard averaged 7.8 points and 5.3 assists in a reserve role for Team USA.
However, it’s not all basketball for Clark. When the season is done and she’s not hooping for Indiana, the WNBA star loves to pick up her club and play golf.

Clark started golf when she was young, as she played with her father growing up. Her interest in the sport became more serious over the years. In fact, over the last two years, Clark has participated in the pro-am golf event, The ANNIKA driven by Gainbridge at Pelican.

However, despite showing flashes on the golf course, Clark admitted she hasn’t been playing as much as she wants to in recent months.
In a video by State Farm, Clark was asked which sport outside of basketball she last played. Unsurprisingly, she answered golf. However, the star playmaker came clean about her current skill level.
“Probably golf,” Clark said. “I’m really rusty right now. You don’t want to see my golf game right now. It’s not very good.”

With the WNBA heading to the playoffs and the Fever attempting a title run, Clark probably won’t be on the golf course anytime soon.
Once the season is over, though, it’s safe to assume that she’ll be out there catching up with all the golf she missed this year.
