Sungjae Im joined a crowded leaderboard at the CJ Cup Byron Nelson with a splash.
The CJ Group ambassador aced the par-3 No. 7 to tie Jordan Spieth and Kensei Hirata at 11 under on the TPC Craig Ranch leaderboard. Moments later, Tyler Duncan joined them when he sank a birdie putt on the 4th hole.
It was Im’s third hole-in-one on Tour. He previously recorded an ace at the 2019 Greenbrier Classic and the 2019 Players Championship.

Im and Spieth are playing together during the second round and have a hole left before heading into the clubhouse.
The Byron Nelson’s projected cut is 4 under a little after 1 p.m. ET on Friday.
