The 2022 PFL heavyweight champion, Ante Delija, will make his UFC debut later this year in Paris. The bout was first reported by Eurosport.

Set for September 6 from the Accor Arena in France, the card marks the return to Paris for the first time since September 2024. In the main event, middleweights Nassourdine Imavov and Caio Borralho square off.

Delija, a native of Croatia who is nicknamed “Walking Trouble,” is a 34-year-old with 31 bouts on his resume. He went 5-1 over his last six PFL fights, including a first round TKO in New York City over Matheus Scheffel for the 2022 title.

In April 2024, Delija lost to Valentine Moldavsky in his final appearance with the PFL. He fought and defeated Yorgan De Castro this past April at FNC 22 in Slovenia, scoring a 41-second finish to improve to 25-6 overall.

The bout with Tybura is a rematch of a 2015 fight for the M-1 Global heavyweight title. Tybura won that encounter after Delija suffered a leg injury in the first round.

Tybura, a 39-year-old from Poland, owns a career record of 27-9, including a 14-8 mark with the UFC. He has faced the likes of Fabricio Werdum, Derrick Lewis and current champion Tom Aspinall.

Ironically enough, Tybura got the call from the UFC after defeating Delija back in 2015.
